Each hot plate is approximately 8x8 inches & made from acacia wood.
Taking care of your hot plate
When water no longer beads off the wood or the wood begins to dry out, generously recoat the hot plate with a food safe woodworkers oil or butcher block oil. If needed, you may sand your hot plate before reapplying oil.
